ASCD was founded in 2002 by Anthony and Sheila Quick as a construction
consulting company. ASCD has provided small residential and light commercial contractors with cost estimating,
CPM scheduling and construction management services since it's inception. After four years of business, we have expanded
into general contracting while continuing to do business with existing clients.
Anthony and Sheila are proud graduates of N.C. A&T State University. Both of them have over 15 years of education and experience in the engineering and construction fields. Anthony
has worked for several different construction companies in different types of construction, including commercial, residential,
industrial and bridge & highway. Sheila has worked in engineering and sales for two major engineered lumber wholesale
companies. Through these opportunities Anthony and Sheila have built the relationships and gained the necessary experience
to succeed in this industry.
